When the Buyer orders products from KPP, this constitutes an offer from the Buyer, to buy those products, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Buyer’s order occurs (and the contract is formed) when the goods are dispatched to the Buyer.
The Buyer may order products from KPP by completing and submitting the checkout process on this Website. The Buyer must provide all required information (including name, email address, and payment details) or KPP may not be able to process the Buyer’s order.
5. Discretion to Reject Orders
No order shall be deemed accepted by KPP until KPP has sent the Buyer’s order. KPP reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject (for any reason whatsoever and in whole or in part) any order submitted by the Buyer. If KPP rejects the Buyer’s order (or part of the order), any money paid by the Buyer in relation to the rejected part of that order shall be refunded and KPP shall have no further liability to the Buyer in relation to the rejected part of that order.
If the Buyer provides an invalid address or an address that cannot be delivered to, KPP reserves the right to deduct any fees incurred by providing a refund.
6. Right to Cancel Orders
KPP reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not made within 3 business days of the order being placed.
KPP does not accept liability in relation to unpaid orders and/or sold out stock.
Where products are listed on this Website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, KPP reserves the right to cancel the Buyer’s order (regardless of whether the Buyer has made payment for that order). Where the Buyer has already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by KPP, then KPP will refund the amount paid by the Buyer in relation to that order. KPP may cancel the Buyer’s order any time prior to our order confirmation. Any variation, waiver or cancellation of the Buyer’s order shall have no effect unless accepted in writing by KPP.

Ordering & Payment
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
- Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
- Payments are processed securely via approved third-party platforms.
- We ship throughout New Zealand and internationally.
- Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided in the website information.
- You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Please include photos of the packaging and item.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

- Purchasing a print does not grant you the right to reproduce or distribute the image.
- Licensing an image grants you specific usage rights, but ownership remains with Kevin Prince Photography at all times.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Print Orders
- As all artworks are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds are available once the image file has been delivered.
- Please ensure you select the appropriate licence type before purchase.
- We make every endeavour to ensure the products we ship are of the highest quality and that items purchased from us are in perfect condition.
- In the rare event that a damaged item is received please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected]
- Once the item is returned and inspected we will either issue a refund or an agreed exchange. Products are subject to a return time-frame of 14 day post receipt by the customer or as agreed between the customer and Kevin Prince Photography, but in any event before the 14 day time limit after having received the item.
