Damaged Goods
We make every endeavour to ensure the products we ship are of the highest quality and that items purchased from us are in perfect condition. In the rare event that a damaged item is received please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] Once the item is returned and inspected we will either issue a refund or an agreed exchange. New Zealand delivered products are subject to a return time-frame of 14 days post receipt by the customer or for international customers as agreed between the customer and Kevin Prince Photography, but in any event a request for refund or exchange must be received by Kevin Prince Photography before a 14 day time limit after having received the item.
Print Orders
- Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Please be aware that as all artworks are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, however, we make every endeavour to remedy any issues that arise in the event of damaged or faulty products and will always deal with customers in good faith with respect to any such issues.
Digital Licences
- Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds are available once the image file has been delivered.
- Please ensure you select the appropriate licence type before purchase when you are completing the digital image licence agreement that is supplied by Kevin Prince Photography.
