International Landscape Photography
Early mornings and late evenings have produced a selection of beautiful International Landscape Images. Being in International Landscape locations at times of the day when crowds are non existent is the essence of this International Landscape Photography. The light, the structures, the harbours, the sunsets and the people are all so different than in New Zealand. And these factors make for a wonderful challenge when capturing stunning International Photographic images.

Capturing the World: A Journey in International Landscape Photography
After many trips to the Pacific Islands, Europe, and Asia I returned to these regions in 2024 and took with me a new Samsung S24 Ultra cell camera, remote shutter release and a Peak Design Carbon FibreTripod. All the images in the International Landscape Photography section are taken using this cell camera. This equipment enabled me to travel light, to capture some incredible International Landscape Photography images, and to post process them in Lightroom Classic.
The crowds were still in abundance, however, the solution was constant early starts and late returns to my accomodation - the resulting International Landscape Photography images were well worth the work.
Fiji with the constant warmth of both the people and the climate, swaying palms and beautiful blue sea is always a treat.
Greece was magical bursting with history, colour and friendship. The Greek images are among my favourites, both because of the light and image subjects, and also for the fond memories created through interactions with the generous Greek people.
Paris and the Champagne region served up fantastic image opportunities mixed with the inevitable romantic atmosphere surrounding everything to do with both Paris and Reims. In particular, the early morning trip to Montmartre was a treat.
England turned on great company and light conditions, especially for my travel to Cornish Villages.
Scotland is forever a favourite. The people are brilliant and the International Landscape Photography is sensational due to the light and the locations.
Croatia and the old walled town of Dubrovnik blessed me with photography weather beyond belief and image opportunities that were in abundance. And of course the incredible Aegean Sunset from the hills behind Dubrovnik.
Singapore turned on both a deluge of tropical rain and hot fine weather to enable some fantastic night photography.
Qatar was a surprise combining modern facilities mixed with a busy bustling Souk Waqif and image opportunities at every step.
In just 6 weeks I was able to travel to all these destinations in late Autumn weather.
